Here, through our CSR initiatives we endeavor to make a difference where it is most essential. The founder of Drushti Group, Mr. Ashok Jagdale, has had undivided self involvement from a very early age into the development of villages in the state of Maharashtra. Understanding the drawbacks that held the growth of people in these villages, there have been several welfare programs conducted regularly under his supervision.
All programs are planned in a participatory manner, in consultation with the community, having one to one interaction with the locals, and gauging their basic needs.
Wedding is an inevitably expensive affair with families often incurring costs far beyond their budgets due to societal pressure. Through our initiative Samudayik Vivah Sohala, we have helped join thousands of families in marriage by funding the expenses of the wedding ceremonies and fulfilling their dreams of a grand Indian wedding.
Under our initiative “Health is Wealth”, there have been number of projects to improve the health of the people living in small villages with no facilities. This include the health awareness seminars, health check up camps, yoga workshops and sessions of drawing health chart especially for women.
Children are the future of the country and we work to ensure that children in deprived circumstances receive the help and guidance they need to succeed. This includes distribution of school uniforms, books and stationary among needy families, trophy and cash prize to budding students, training for orphan children; entrepreneurial guidance and assignments for unemployed youth.
